Our active 55+ adult retirement community is a paradise for full-time residents and snowbirds. I
t is small enough to know your neighbor yet big enough to offer at cheaper prices
the same activities and amenities offered at the huge corporate-owned parks. Trade Winds is ideal for Retirees,
Winter Texans and Canadians seeking a QUALITY RESORT to get out of the north's snowy and cold winters without
spending "an arm and a leg." All our streets are paved. Every site has full-hookups, concrete patios and 30 amp
or 50 amp service. We have some PULL-THRUS and deluxe sites. Our SPARKLING CLEAN RESTROOMS,separate LAUNDRY ROOM,
new mail room and office will meet all your camping needs.

WE ARE PROUD OF OUR LOCATION.
We are located in warm and sunny Mission TX, where the sub-tropical climate of the Texas Rio Grande Valley (RGV)
will make your winter stay a delight. Our QUIET RESIDENTIAL SETTING is perfect for your annual mobile home or
seasonal RV and a welcome relief from the noisy freeway or isolated country locations of many RV Parks and
campgrounds in the RGV. Our prime location is very safe: just minutes from the RGV Regional Medical Center,
the area's most prestigious medical facility. We have a convenience store and gas station right across the street
and major grocery stores within minutes. We have everything you need on-site or nearby so you won't have to drive
and you will save on gas.

WE HAVE QUALITY AMENITIES/ENTERTAINMENT FOR SENIORS.
Join us for fun-filled community living. Our HEATED Swimming Pool and Therapy SPA will
help you relax. Kick up your heels in our large 10,000 square foot recreation hall where we have weekly dances, jams, live music and
entertainment. We have a separate POOL HALL and card room with a full schedule of activities, like bingo, card games, pool tournaments and
monthly flea market and craft fairs. We even have a weekly FARMER'S MARKET so you can buy fresh local produce. Outside, we offer
shuffleboard, bocce ball, campfire social hours and more. Indoors, we have line dancing classes, potlucks and parties. Our organizations
include The Red Hat Society, a motorcycle club, a computer club with WEEKLY COMPUTER CLASSES, and a sewing and
quilters group. We also have a full WOODWORKING SHOP. If you don't find it at Trade Winds or at our sister park next door, Mission
Bell, you won't find it anywhere. About the only thing we don't offer is snow.

CALLS within the USA and Canada, FREE water and sewer (no septic tanks at our park!) FREE trash pick-up,
FREE FULL-SERVICE lawn care, and many FREE activities. Our prices, when compared to other parks with similar
amenities, cannot be beat. Other parks with our amenities have much higher rates. We are hands down one of the

| We are only a ten-minute drive or less from everything
you need. For the golfer, there are 4 GOLF COURSES nearby for you to enjoy with very low green fees: Sharyland Golf Course; Cimmeron; McAllen Municipal; Martin Valley Ranch Golf Course. Within minutes is the area's largest SHOPPING mall, and other stores like Lowes, Wal-Mart, Target, Home Depot. We are also just minutes from MINATURE GOLF, a huge BOWLING ALLEY, MEGA-MOVIE THEATER, and two full service HEALTH CLUBS: one for ladies (CURVES) and one unisex. The INTERNATIONAL CULTURE and shopping of Reyonosa and Progresso,MEXICO are also nearby where you can save on gas, dental work and prescriptions. We are very close to a variety of RESTAURANTS like Denny's Chili's, Olive Garden, Mimi’s Café, Joe’s Crab Shack, Texas Roadhouse, delicious local Mexican Restaurants, Pepe's on the River and many others. Our location is so prime that they are building new restaurants and businesses within minutes of us regularly. We are also just minutes from the new McAllen CONVENTION CENTER where a variety of cultural events, shows, and entertainment are held.
If you enjoy the OUTDOORS AND NATURE, we are minutes from Bentsen Rio Grande Valley State Park, with HIKING AND BIKING TRAILS , the World Birding Center Headquarters, a top birding site, and the North American Butterfly Association International Butterfly Center and Outdoor Butterfly Park. BIRDING AND BUTTERFLY ENTHUSIASTS from around the world come to South Texas to view this wonderful habitat and we are less than 10 minutes away. Salt and fresh water BOATING, FISHING and WATER SPORTS abound in the nearby Rio Grande River, SOUTH PADRE ISLAND and Brownsville.
